Mommee-and-Me Back School

The Mommee and Me Back School consists of 50 slides on a CD includes a full lecture guide for the instructor.  This Back School is designed to be taught to a group of post partum women (and their partners) during the third trimester or any time after delivery.  You may also choose to encourage your patients to attend this class.  Suggested fee for this class may range from $0-25.

This self study CD is designed to be given or sold to a patient in case they are unable to attend the class or the next class is not offered immediately.  Some patients may prefer this method of study to attending a group class.

Patient Education Booklet for Postpartum Moms

This Patient Education Booklet comes in a "Word" file and when printed consists of a 20 pages booklet suitable for a new mom. The therapist may choose to print all or part of the booklet for their patient. One addittional advantage this gives you, by way of example is that you can print copies as you need them - per facility - without having to keep large inventory of a pre-printed booklet.

CD - Documentation Forms

This documentation form consists of the health questionnaires for the patient and a checklist evaluation for the clinician.  An electronic copy on a disk is included that can be edited to allow for individual preference.  A disk will automatically be included with the form.  THIS IS THE SAME DOCUMENTATION TOOL AS FOR THE OB PATIENT

Standard of Care

A Standard of Care is a general guideline that ensures that all clinicians in your facility are offering the basic minimum Standard of Care for a patient with a specific diagnosis.  These should be defined in writing in a Policy and Procedure Manual.  This Standard of Care comes with an electronic copy on a disk and can be easily personalized to suit your clinic or facility.
