educational o Customized Business and Marketing Plans o Write an outline for your marketing brochure(s) o Several ideas for winning physician referrals o Tips for a marketing visit with a referral source o How to utilize your support staff to market your practice o Motivating patients to be ambassadors/marketers for you o Ideas for new programs and growing this niche practice o Avenues of entry into the market/how to get started o Reimbursement and documentation issues o Hiring right and tips for employee satisfaction/retention o Get your questions answered o Start up Euipment Costs and Resources Dates: Two day seminars First weekend in May and First weekend in December, every year. Additional weekends may be offered if 4 attendees call. Fee for 2 day seminar (Saturday 8 am thru Sunday 4 pm ) Includes tuition, manual, room, shuttle and two meals/ day. 3-day seminar: (Friday 9 am - Sunday 4 pm) Second weekend in May (Friday thru Sunday) See schedule for both seminars Optional: Please plan on renting a car if you want to go sightseeing.
